Project Description

These commissioned elm servers began as a stump provided by the client from their childhood home. Dyed black, Liquid Glass epoxy fills the natural imperfection in the wood, contrasting with reddish-brown of the heartwood. Each server measures approximately 16' in diameter and are 2" thick. The servers are finished with a food-safe, water-safe, and water-resistant clear polyx-oil for years of durability.
