Project Description

This coffee table measures 24" wide, 48" long, 18" tall, with the top a shade over 2.25" thick.  Sourced from the Pacific Northwest, this table was fabricated from English Walnut and black epoxy creating a unique “river” throughout its length.  The grain color range from light pale near the sapwood to dark chocolate brown closer to the heartwood.  With marbled mineral lines, grays, some reds, and even purples are visible.  Inspired by the Catawba River that feeds our lake and namesake of our Studio, the epoxy river is contoured from the natural edge of these two walnut slabs. 

Finished with natural, clear polyx-oil for years of durability, water-resistant, and food safe.  For a modern look, this tabletop is supported by Flowyline Designs, "Yami" powder-coated, matte black legs.  solid steel legs, for a clean, modern look.
